Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde

The strange case of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde had to be one of the most interesting books that I have read in a while. The last two chapters really wrap the whole story up for the most part. Jekyll Really explains the reasons he was gone for so long, and the reason he seemed to have returned to normal for a few months. The thing that was very intriguing to me was that as Jekyll had referenced in chapter 10 that Hyde seemed to be the devil of Jekyll. I thought this was very interesting because what would make Jekyll want to explore the devilish side of himself in the first place? Another thing that I had found very interesting was how smart Hyde happened to be. When it comes to his signature Jekyll figured out a way to right his signature backwards or in a different way to give Hyde a real signature. Also to have the smarts to open a bank account in Hyde's name was also interesting. It's almost as though when Jekyll turned to Hyde that Jekyll's smarts and other knowledge lay in the back of the mind of Hyde. This leads to one other thing I can't seem to figure out and that is what exactly was Hyde doing on his so called "adventures" during the night time? I suppose that part of the story is left to us, the reader, to ponder and create our own thoughts of what exactly these "adventures" entailed.
